Its been one month Since I brought the product and the inner side of of the band has serious cracks and has become highly vulnerable at that point. I have handled the product with incredible care and did not drop or placed any undue stress on the product. It seems like either a serious design defect or some kind of manufacturing quality defect.

Headset was performing well within the first year, great sound and OK ANC for its price tag. Battery level is also as claimed. But problems started after first year. The plastic quality is not that good, and it broke at 2 places, with no real accident. All three foams started coming out - both ear and the one on top supporting head. I would have loved to continue using this headset, but with the cushion gone what passive ANC is it going to deliver. To add to all this, "zero" after sales support. Support centers dont have any idea what to do with this product. My recommendation - do not buy this product, unless you are OK to throw it away after a year.

I found the product is reasonable good. However there is no after sales support. After one year period if the most fragile part which is the lever for on/off has a problem then there is no support. Basically all your money is gone. There is no point in buying such an expensive product if its only going to work for a year and can't be serviced after that. Over all its waste of money.

These are very much fragile, physically weak. The plastic parts started to come apart just with a normal use. Plus, phillips apparently doesn't cover the warranty for physical damage. So, there goes my money into waste.
