Soundbar 5.1.2 with wireless subwoofer

Philips TAB8967 has good Sound, but completely lacks DTS decoding when compared to similar Philips Soundbars in sale in Europe by Philips. ARC connectivity working fine but e-ARC Dolby passthrough audio stuttering and breaking using with Honeywell HDMI 2.1 certified cable, eARC is unsuable with latest Mi 4K TV L43MA, PCM in eARC working fine, Very limited codecs for OPTICAL AUDIO out. Please add DTS codecs and rectify eARC issues with firmware updates.

This is one the best budget range product in entire country Please go for it, thank me later.

The soundbar produces dazzling sound with crisp vocals, a booming yet not overwhelming bass .Connection is a breeze with wireless sub and surround speakers.Overall a very happy purchase.

I was looking for a affordable Atoms system for my home, then i accidently i got the philips soundbar i'm so happy that i brought this, I love the fact this supports the major dolby formats, the only one cons i have to say that its's missing DTS and DTS X support, I wish philips can give the DTS support via a software update or something, and a high speed HDMI cable should also provide in the box. Thanks for introducing TAB8967 in India.

Please provide Smart Connect Android app and provide the details of latest Firmware update TAB 8967 Soundbar. Thank you

Please provide Smart Connect Android app and give a Firmware Support For DTS X Codec for TAB 8967 Soundbar. These two things are very much needed for TAB8967 Soundbar. Its a premium soundbar so You have to do needful. Thank you

Philips highlighting this product as premium product. But there is a connectivity issue between sound bar and sub woofer. I pruchased it in 2023 and within 2 years this complaint was raised in the home theatre. Not worth for money.
