I wanna know which tool is ok for preparing ice cream. as by balloon whisk i have tried but its not getting full creamy... anyone can suggest me how to do it

I have recently purchased this hand mixer aftr doing online review search of all the top line hand mixers. I am happy to have selected Philips. I did a test run with the whippers ans kneading hooks and they both perform well. The option of 5 speeds and turbo is convenient and helpful. Only minus is the heated plastic smell that comes when the hand mixer is used at high speed for more than few mins. But that is a common issue with high speed motor appliances made with plastic. Hope there is some innovation in this regards soon.

Good for whipping cream as this is very powerfull so it will help to make thick whip cream for cake .
