I have used many straightners but this one is the best. It gives straight hair with very less damage.. highly satisfied!!

I bought this product for my daughter. She has been able to make excellent use of the product in spite being 15. A very handy and easy to use product. The heating surface are ceramic coated, this makes it safer for regular usage.

I bought this as a gift for my sibling’s birthday and it was fine for a long time; it gave the expected curls. Even,if the straightener didn’t work properly it was okay. I was pretty satisfied but recently my cousin put the straightener in the cord the wrong way (the handle is facing the opposite side of the switch)and now it’s stuck. Kindly suggest something to do it was a good product...

I have bought this product two years back and I hardly used it for 5 times since. To be honest, I wasn't satisfied with this product. It's much heavy to handle. The straightener really doesn't works good and takes much tym to get heated up(more than 5-7mins) . In case of curler, its pretty good as compared to straightener, but don't expect it to last long.. I'll probably not recommended this product. It's better if u could buy a straightener alone instead in place of this multistyler.

10 days back i bought this product. And it has disappointed me. I wish i could return it

Even though my hair isn't curly and is moderately wavy this product doesn't help keep my hair straightened or even straighten my hair ! The straighter takes I've 30mins to heat up and once u start straightening your hair the heat starts to die off.. I've read comments on how u need to take smaller sections of your hair while straightening done all of that however the product doesn't help! I've used other Philips hair straighteners and blow dryers and hence bought this product but it's of no use!

I have to spend 3 hours for straightening which on the other hand could be done in half hour. Plates dnt hold the hair properly. So disappointed to invest in this product. Such poor design performance is not expected from philips. I want my money back.

The product is not good at all. The straightener does not straight. It is just a bad product. Not expected this from Philips.
