Excellent features, the material quality excellent.

I bought this product under 2years gaurantee but found it to be noisy enough to wake up the neighbours. The base is very light and vibrates vigourously. Could have lived with this as it was an expensive product but even before one year was over the motor got jammed on grinding less than 50 gms of ginger and green chilly. The service engineer informed that it will need to be replaced. Have been trying to get some action from phillips for over 20 days now. They said they could replace the piece. However since the product was really not upto the mark I wanted it to be replaced by another model. They do not make any other model of food processor anad as such I had requested for a refund but have not had any response from the company. Am truly dissa pointed with a brand which I considered to be extremely reliable. Have used another model of phillip,mixer grinder juicer for nearly 12 years without any issues and thought it was a brand worth investing in. Feel terribly let down by Phillips.Will they come forward with a solution.

This is compact machine and we liked it. What we are missing most is "Chatni Maker attachment" Would you pl suggest if some "Chatni Make" attachment could be brought from Philips and attached with my machine.

Compact, Great Design, Light Weight, Powerful does the work well and is fast.

Not my first food processor but had Kenstar. Philips is good deal. Comfortable to use juicer and kneader attachments. Excellent for western recipes but the grinder and blender fail to perform efficiently. Longer time to grind without being ground completely leaving small bits and pieces.

Nice food processor, works fine. Though it claims to be good enough for hard and soft juice, it doesn't not give desired result with citrus fruits, as it doesn't have required attachment, otherwise it's good choice.

The quality of the main jar for atta kneading, vegetable shopping is not good. Its a plain plastic. The center lever comes out while atta kneading. Dough gets stuck between the tilted center rod/lever and the kneading plastic blade also comes out.

Lack of chutney jar is one of the major reason I would rate this product average.

The product not up to the mark.they have used cheap material

I am writing this review after using this food processor for almost 2 years, in my opinion Philips used to be one of the best electrical appliances manufacturers but seems not anymore, the rotator switch stopped working at first position after 1 year of usage, the main big processor jar has stopped working since last year the service center has only 1 reply since sep 2019 the part (some lock under the jar) damaged is not available you will have to buy a new jar or keep waiting endlessly as it's rare the company supplies this part. The handle of mixer jar broke twice from the screws point, on my first instance, i thought may be due to mishandling but second time I noticed its the poor quality of the handle as it broke from the same point again, now got it changed from local repair shop and got it changed for a fraction of amount paid at service center and got much more durable handle now. So thank you Philips for giving such world class product
