One of the best investment I made
I have purchased this on 15th August 2016. It has been 5 years almost now and it is still working perfectly well. I have lost count of how many coffee and espressos I have made over the years. I miss getting the consumables for the machine maintenance from the local Philips stores.Wish they could do something about it. I also wish they could get the latest models into India.
Pros
If used properly, it is very cost effective. Very easy to operate. Coffee is very easy to make.

Easy to make great coffee
I use this machine to make coffee. We use BlueTokai/Attikan beans specially made in Coorg. For me Espresso does not get better than this. And I don't have to go visit specialist cafes (with Bangalore traffic, out of the question). Just press a few buttons! Very well designed product. Does a lot under the hood. Appreciate how sturdy it is for the all moving parts. Nice to have good coffee when writing code.

Great machine, great coffee, poor support
Went to Philips india website, clicked on buy online and got directed to Amazon india. Bought it, delivered , from then on my own. Downloaded manual, installation done myself and doing maintenance myself. Wakeup Philips India !! Provide support.
