Using since a year. Am very happy with it. Easy to handle and Nil maintenance.

IT BECOMES PART OF OUR FAMILY BECAUSE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING WE PREPARE COFFEE FOR ENTIRE FAMILY MEMBERS. SO EVERYBODY WILL LOVE TO HAVE HOT COFFEE AND PHILIPS COFFEE MAKER FULFILLS OUR REQUIREMENT. EVERY GUEST ASKED ABOUT IT AND WE ARE PROUD OF IT.

The coffee jar that is supplied with the machine is extremely fragile; in my view a very low quality jar is included with this machine - two jars have cracked in the last 6 months since I bought it. Replacement costs a bomb - you can get an entire coffee maker instead. The water reservoir is difficult to manage as the system comes in black colour and there is no window to get the level at a glance. Who ever designed this must have sent this as a prototype but Philips started marketing it. My first coffee maker which I bought some 7-8 years ago, from Philips is still functional and that's what surprises me.

The guy who sold it does not know how it works, the guy who came to repair it does not know and the person he called who is supposedly the person who gives demos does not know!!! How will the customer know what to do with it..... Bought it from Kohinoor in Andheri(W). 3 days of having the machine and can not use it ..... Product rating/ ease of use / design - 00000 it is the pits. Please do not buy.
