NO filters available for PAST ONE MONTH

I bought this filter thinking it would be a good investment, for past one month running from pillar to post and unable to find the filter. Service Center , Customer Support , Twitter DMs tried everything but no luck . Surprising its a product in warranty also called retailers and they ONLY Bad things to say for thier SERVICE.
