Used it for more than a week and then I realized that it's microphone is not working. Constant humming while using during phone call. Apart from this issue this speaker is a beast.

This is my initial​ review of the speaker and I would revise it later as well. First of all the weaknesses​. 1. Low frequency response is a dampner. If you are there for some bassy punch you would be having a setback. This is not made by Philips however and rather imported via a third party. 2. There is no FM Radio functionality. 3. There is no USB or flash drive media player. 4. The Bluetooth works in line of sight. So any obstruction between speaker and source makes the connection jittery. Now the positives. 1. Extremely loud and can fill up a big room with no fuss. 2. Superb mid ranger and best suited for 1980s and 1990s genres 3. Bluetooth​ connectivity is good. Can easily detect any phones and laptops. 4. Superb 5 hour battery life. 5. Build quality is impressive. 6. Optional 3.5 port is provided for non Bluetooth sources. Overall​ a bang for the buck. It is an wireless Boom box of the 1990s. A little pricey. Philips should add a low power sub woofer to make it a more compelling buy.

After full charge when to use the product it does not even play for a minute in Bluetooth mode. The device switches off automatically. Repeat try several times but it is not working. The same was the case when connected with audio cable with the speaker. With few other devices, the issue remained. It switches off within 15-20 seconds. Right now it is kept as a dead product. Philips should get it replaced. As a repeat customer for Philips products right from TV, music system, iron Box, shaver etc. eager to get it replaced and wanting to enjoy this product.

I got this product today.. but after 4 hours charging when I m playing music over bluetooth or via aux.. its continue giving 2 beep sound every 30 secs... Its my first day with philips bt speakers and this experince sucks.

I have been using the product for more than a year now. And now it only lasts 5-10 mins with full charge. I am very disappointed
